I founded TanChes in 1998 with one singular focus – Client Success! I firmly believe that our own success is directly proportional to that of our clients’ success, and I have made it my mission to ensure that the entire team at TanChes understands and embraces this principle.

Prior to founding TanChes, I was the Chief Graphics Designer and then IT director of a Global Plastics Manufacturing company that worked with brands like Disney, Virgin Atlantic etc. I learned there that technology service integration from core to edge was key to an organization’s success.

As the technology leader at TanChes, I have been a key influencer in the technology strategy and direction of many small businesses, enterprise clients, educational institutions and several Cities in Texas.

Throughout my career, I have been instrumental in driving the digital transformation of various businesses and organizations, helping them to grow and succeed through the effective deployment and use of technology. At TanChes, we strive to fully understand our clients’ needs and challenges, and to deliver high-value services and products that meet those needs.

As a Visionary and strategic Chief Information Officer with over 25 years of experience, I am adept at using technology to create robust technology solutions that enhance business capabilities and drive corporate growth. My expertise spans a wide range of areas, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, service management, disaster planning and recovery, and technology strategy. I excel at leading large-scale IT projects and directing enterprise IT operations, as well as optimizing infrastructure and technology budgets.

I have a proven track record of successfully implementing cutting-edge technology solutions by leading multi-functional teams and have a strong ability to launch IT programs that protect data, improve processes, encourage innovation, and help companies achieve their goals. As a team builder, I prioritize identifying and developing high-performing leaders and fostering positive, high-performing cultures.

In addition to providing top-notch technology solutions, we also prioritize the well-being of our staff by creating a supportive, high-tech work environment. I believe that the overall health and happiness of our team members directly affects the quality of service we provide to our clients.
